Comprehensive Estate Inspections
Our "Full Guardianship" approach covers every corner of your property:

Climate & Mechanical: We inspect HVAC units and change air filters.

Plumbing & Water: We check kitchens, bathrooms, and water heaters for leaks. We also replenish water softener salt to protect your plumbing.

Leisure & Exterior: We monitor pool/spa equipment and gas meters for fire pits and BBQs.

Power & Safety: We verify power to refrigerators and freezers and test electrical outlets.
Note: If filters or salt are not available on-site, a $75 trip charge plus product costs will apply.

Standard
Upgrade to our Standard level for 2 visits monthly, providing enhanced care and attention for $325 per month.
Estate
Indulge in the epitome of luxury stewardship with 4 visits per month, offering weekly comprehensive estate stewardship at $650 monthly.
A La Carte Luxury Services
Arrival and Departure Prep
Enjoy our "Welcome Home" or "Bon Voyage" service. We adjust thermostats, clear perishables, manage trash bins, and pick up your pre-ordered groceries.
$150 Flat Fee
Vendor Coordination
We oversee vendor access for repairs or maintenance to ensure your home remains secure.
$75 per Hour Note: Client establishes primary accounts for plumbing, electric, cleaning, etc. Vetted contacts are available upon request.
Vehicle Exercise
We start and idle your vehicles monthly to maintain battery health and tire integrity.
$25 per Vehicle / Month (Liability waiver required)
